Matrix LED problems on Tesla Model S Refresh (late Feb 2022+), Model X Refresh (June 2023+), Model 3 Highland (late 2023+) and Model Y Juniper (2025+): high-beam flicker on the highway, dark holes in the beam pattern, full-segment failure, 'Headlight system fault' on the cluster.
