As of September 2026 there is no free Premium Connectivity left: on 30.09.2026 Tesla shuts down the “forever” Latvian subscription, and since early September Tesla demands a vehicle registration certificate and a driver's license every single time a car is linked to an account. The only working route is a paid subscription through a region where Tesla sells: Canada 13.99 CAD/mo, USA $9.99, Poland 35 zł, EU and Latvia €9.99. In October 2026 the chat described a working scheme for moving a car to the Polish region with genuine Belarusian documents: 5 of 5 cars passed Tesla's manual review. Payments from Belarus go through BSB cards.
